Terms and Conditions:

1. On the 31st day of pawning item is automatically owned by the bailor.

2. 1 week grace period to redeem the item.

3. Bailee can only renew twice in 30 days.

4. Renewal of the said item is on the 15th and 25th day of pawning.

5. Late renewals have a penalty of another 1%per day from 16th do 26th day.

6. Minimum pawning is 15 days.

7. Maximum pawning is 30 days.

8. Payment of interest is cover to cover (15 days) .

9. Interest is 1% a day

10.“Pawn amount released” can be increased, however, interest rate will be 2% a day

I, THE APPRAISER SWORE NOT TO USE NOR OPEN THE PAWNED ITEM. I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP IT SAFE AND PROTECT IT FROM ANY DAMAGES.

I, THE PAWNER, AT THE LEGAL AGE OF ___, HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO PAWN THE ITEM STATED ABOVE AND DECLARE THAT THE PAWNED ITEM WAS NOT STOLEN, RENTED, OR ISSUED BY A COMPANY. AND MUST COMPLY IN ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED IN ACCORDANCE TO MY FINANCIAL OBLIGATION    

“WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEMS THAT ARE ALREADY REPAIRED AND WITH DEFECTS OR ANY ISSUES… RECONDITIONED/REFURBISHED ARE NOT ACCEPTED…”
