• Experience in operating systems including Windows 2003/2008
• Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes/Domino in an enterprise environment at the server level
• Good working knowledge and understanding of AD, WINS, DHCP, DNS
• Some knowledge of basic networking and TCP/IP
• Some knowledge of Enterprise applications including IIS, Web filters, SQL, ISA, Mail filters, Proxy Servers
• Some knowledge of server environment backup tools such as ArcServe, Legato Networker, Tivoli Storage Manager, Netbackup
• Antivirus software including eTrust, Symantec, McAfee
• Management & Monitoring tools including Unicenter TNG, Compaq Insight Manager, IBM Director
• Remote support tools including PC Anywhere, Terminal Services/RDP, Citrix, RCO, VNC
• Helpdesk tools such as UniCenter Service Desk, Remedy or Clarify
