Minimum work experience of 2 years in the same function/capacity
?  College Degree in Business Administration preferably with Major in Management
?  Project Management certification is an advantage but not a requirement
?  Strong background and network in Philippine BPO/Call Center Industry
?  Must be willing to work on flexible hours (70% of work done during US EST office hours)
?  Effective verbal and written communications skills in English and Filipino

?  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications—- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
