Person Specification
Knowledge/Experience:-
- Candidate must be Microsoft / Cisco Certified Professional (MCP,SA or SE / CCNA)
- Candidate must have fair knowledge of LAN / WAN communication technology, networking protocols and routing protocols / Voice IP telephony
- Knowledge of Microsoft XP, Applications Installation & Avaya IP configuration is mandatory
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Switches & Routers config will be preferred
- Candidate should have knowledge of Email systems such as Lotus Notes or Microsoft exchange
Competencies/Skills:
- Candidate should be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, trouble shooting, problem solving and analytical skills
- The candidate must possess good communication skills (Spoken and written)
- Strong customer handling skills
- Involved into complex environment handling
- Ability to work independently or no supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong desire and flexible attitude toward working and interfacing with a multitude of resources, internal and external, to implement solutions.
- Detail and customer service oriented
- Must have Passion for timely delivery of services with high standard of quality
- Good understanding of Call center operational issues
- He should have process orientation
- He should be detail oriented and a strong team player
- Should have an experience of Support with an understanding of support processes in a call center
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Candidate must be B.E. / B. Tech / 3 Years Diploma / Graduate with 2-3 years of experience.
Desirable: Experience in Call center environment with certification in MCSE / CCNA / ITIL Foundation
