• Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
• Preferably a member of a HR professional body
• Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role within a service environment
• Ability to demonstrate experience in a wide range of HR issues relating to recruitment, retention, training and development and employee relations
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels
• Ability to prioritise workload, competing objectives and customers
• Proactive and professional approach, an individual that is focused on achieving results
• Customer focused with the ability to support the business to ensure management are able to exceed business objectives
