Nature of the Disease:

        Osteoporosis is a disease of the bones due to increased risk of bone fracture. When the bones condition was distinguish by reduced bone mineral density, proteins in the bone were altered and microarchitecture was disrupted. Thus, it results to a more porous and easily fractures than the normal.
        This disease makes your bones weak or brittle and any individual can develop osteoporosis but is mostly common among aging women.
       
Cause:

        One of the cause of osteoporosis includes the overloaded with dietary protein. The excess protein causes calcium to be taken from the bones and excreted in the urine. Other causes include the following: built which is small and thin, synthetic medicines (such as corticosteroids, anti-convulsants or anti-seizure and antacid with aluminum), low bone mass, menopause, lack of physical activity (exercise), cigarette smoking, and alcohol abuse.
        Conditions such as inflammatory bowel diseases, thyroid and parathyroid problems, kidney problems and troubles in nutrient adsorption (such as those with celiac disease) might possibly lead to osteoporosis if not treated correctly.

Effects:

        It is a silent disease where the symptoms are usually comes unnoticed for a decade until bone fractures. Besides, some of these osteoporotic fractures may not be detected due to lack of symptoms. Some of the affected individuals may notice it until they suffer severe back pains or pains in the fractured area. Ongoing loss of height is associated with arched posture, and fractures might develop in the wrist, spine or hips are some of its additional symptoms. However, in worst cases all bones may be affected.

Cure/Healing:
